Moreover, I am now sleeping in a tent ALONE. My sisters were scared back into the wussy RV by a few scattered rain showers and thunderclaps! GART 2009 alumni Matthew Hunger was not scared of rain. In fact he described raindrops as the crackle of life! Matt is obviously an accomplished poet.
Anyway, sitting in this tent has brought back memories of late night little critters and whiskey-induced intoxication. I have neither now but I tried to substitute by drinking two beers and playing rummy by myself!
Basically I'm playing cards against an unopened sleeping bag. Boo hoo! I wanted it to look more like this:
In other news, I'm thrilled to be in yellowstone for the seventh time. We saw some elk and moose in the distance, and a small mule deer who looked lost across a river. She will soon be grizzly chow. MMM venison!
