Yellowstone lake is the largest lake above 7,000 feet over sea level anywhere in North America! It gets up to 450 feet deep!! The water is only 45 degrees and 100+ people have died from hypothermia from falling in!!!! And we took a motor boat out on it.

Life jackets are not fashionable.

Scenic

That's me

Good boat drivers

See the reflection?

This is of the water, not the sky. Crystal clear, as my old EU prof in Amsterdam would say!

This is Yellowstone Lake Hotel, the oldest hotel in any national park in the world!

This is where we ate lunch!

Mmm mud volcano

BISON JAM

Artists Point, overlooking Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone

BISON JAM!!!! In Lamar Valley.
Then we saw a grizzly bear, but too far off to get a picture. The cool thing is a bison got up in his grill and then the bear ran away! Silly bear, you're supposed to eat everything.
